What perceptions of yourself do you carry around that do not serve you? Where are you wishing to meet others' needs, wants or expectations, without first examining if that path is best for you? When you make choices from habit or expectation, you block the fullest expression of all that you might be and all that you came here to experience.

The fastest path to living a more authentic life is to listen to your heart. That which is best for you, typically feels best. While in contrast, that which is done out of habit or obligation, may meet the needs of a fear or concern you hold, but will not bring you the deep sense of satisfaction that allows you to really feel good inside.

When you learn to discern the difference between doing what is best for you, versus that which you believe you must do, it provides great insight into the motivations that propel you. As you go through your day, place more consciousness on your actions by examining your motivations. Ask yourself regularly, “is this for my highest and best good?”. At first you may not always be able to tell the difference, but as you flex that intuitive muscle, you will begin to discern the truth … your truth.

With your truth as a guide post, letting go of that which no longer serves you, to allow in more of that which does, becomes easier. This shift automatically creates the space for a greater and grander version of yourself. There is great satisfaction to be found in the journey of uncovering all that you might be. So … breathe, relax, discern, allow, and above all else, enjoy the ride.

Many Blessings …
