Checkout the Before & After pics of my dining room - what a different paint can make!

In the Before shot you can see the dark green wallpaper, pink paint and floral border that covered the walls. Not really my style, however, much of it was like that when I moved in many years ago and someone convinced to leave it… and to even change other areas in my home to match it. And without really loving it, I actually kept it that way for many years!

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Beyond Van Gogh immersive experience and found it beautiful and moving. The story of Vincent Van Gogh’s life is tragic and weaves together beautiful life lessons that we all can learn from.

After a failed attempt as an art dealer and a preacher, he finally decided to become an artist at age 27. His use of movement, along with bold and bright colors was masterful and unique. Struggling with mental health issues and feelings of insecurity, he ultimately took his own life at age 37.

I was working with a client who tapped into the feeling of divine and unconditional love so strong and so powerful, that I could even feel it in her. In that moment, she recognized that she had a divine mission to extend that love forward.

That is the feeling of Love as a Consciousness – of tapping into love on such a grand scale that it is all encompassing and beautifully transformative.

There has been so much negativity, separation, and 'us against them' thinking. Different camps of people labeling the other as wrong or bad.

So I ask myself… what would love do?

Messages that say you have to do this or you can’t do that. Opinions that are so black and white and rigid, that they leave no room for another’s perspective.

Our brains are not designed to handle too much uncertainty. Recognizable patterns and habits keep your brain calm, allowing you to feel safe, motivated and inspired.

But what happens when there is too much uncertainty? The response in your brain is a sense of being threatened or feeling unsafe, which turns on your 'fight, flight or freeze' response and creates anxiety.

And the more you focus on the uncertainty, without doing anything to alleviate it, the more anxious you become.

It’s a particularly trying time in our history. Fear, anger, aggression and confusion are running rampant. For many who are highly sensitive to the energy and emotional information all around us, things are particularly intense.

So if you are someone who takes on the worries, fears and emotions of others, then you are not alone!

There are so many collective Healers, Light Leaders and Conscious Evolutionaries alive right now for a reason. So many highly evolved, light-filled and loving individuals who are here right now with a mission to make their piece of this planet better.

Are you on a journey to discover your True Self? To uncover the aspects of who you are that understands, accepts and invites in the idea that you are an Infinite Being, with unlimited and divine potential.

Hidden beneath the layers of experiences that you hold within you, some that have served you and others that haven’t, you will find your True Self.

Your True Essence knows that you are more than your body, more than your thoughts, and more than the sum of your experiences.

As a Highly Sensitive and Empathic person, it can become easy to get lost in the energy going on around you – particularly at intense, challenging or difficult times. And the more people that are involved in a situation, often the more you might be feeling (even from strangers!).

Do you ever find that:

• your mood seems to change suddenly for no particular reason.
